I am looking forward to the trip to Namibia in May, but have a slight concern about the visa and the documentation required to obtain it and whether it will be available in time, e.g. hotel addresses. I know visas can be arranged on arrival, but I like to be prepared and obtain one before departure and want to minimise delay leaving the airport.

Any advice?

Final documentation is shared 2-3 weeks before travel and this will contain details of your confirmed hotels if you wanted to apply beforehand for this.
