hello everyone i have booked the rocky mountaineer for june 25. i have done it before and it was awesome.

I have just booked the Rocky Mountaineer trip for 7th June 2025 and was wondering if anyone else is going and travelling from Manchester. This will be my first big solo trip, having done a river cruise a few years ago on my own but not with a solo company. I have just booked a flight from Manchester the day before and booked into a hotel close to the airport. It would be good if anyone else is from my area and perhaps could meet up at Heathrow airport.

Hi I'm doing this trip in June this year, first trip travelling solo, grateful for any travel tips.

I am also travelling in June on 7th. I am from Manchester so flying down the day before and staying in a hotel at Heathrow Airport. If you are from the north or staying the night before perhaps we could meet up prior to the holiday.  I, too am apprehensive and unsure what to take, I have never been this far on my own before so it is very daunting and it would be good to meet if possible.
