I'm interested in the 'Walking the Camino de Santiago' holiday, but am completely put off by the dreadful reviews for Vueling.  These range from rude staff to delayed or cancelled flights, a complete lack of communication, lost and damaged luggage etc etc.   Is there a way of doing this holiday without flying with Vuelung?

I can't understand why JY have chosen an airline with such an appalling reputation.

Unfortunately there is no way of doing this holiday without flying with Vueling.

We run customer satisfaction surveys against all elements of our holidays. Vueling to date has not received any negative feedback.

BA often use Vueling to support them on their busier routes this would not be the case if they were not reputable and reliable.
