I'm flying to Canada on 31st October (return 3rd Nov) - is it possible to pre-book the seat I don't want to get to the airport and discover I'm in the middle of 3, would like a window or aisle if possible.

We can certainly request a seat for you but it isn't a guarantee because ultimately it is the airline who will decide where everyone sits. That said, we generally request a block of seats for Just You passengers so you should be able to get the kind of seat you want.
