There are multiple reasons as to why a lot of travellers don't receive brochures from us.
Usually when you order a brochure online there is the Data Protection Box that you might have ticked that means we shouldn't send you a brochure.
If you call us to order a brochure, we will send you one but you would have to request to receive all the new brochures when they come out.
When a postal mailing gets returned to us, the person usually get taken off the mailing list.
Also when travellers use the coupons from magazines- they might tick the data protection box which automatically opts them out from receiving brochures.
