Apropos, I have just received separate "new holidays" and "best sellers" brochures: I presume that there will not also be a new composite brochure with all the holidays since nothing therein will have changed since May?

The "new holidays" brochure is interesting - I see Iran and Mongolia are there!

The title of this brochure includes "escorted holidays 2017/18", but there do not appear to be any departure dates for 2018 . . .

Hi Jim,

Yes that's correct. The New Holidays brochure clearly displays our new and exciting adventures for 2017 and 2018 (Las Vegas has 2018 dates) while the Best Sellers brochure contains a selection of out favourites holiday.

Some holidays may not appear in either brochure and therefore we'll invite you to visit our website!

I have one question regarding departures for the Ultimate Alaska tour in 2017. The new brochure shows departures from Heathrow, whereas this website shows departures from both Heathrow and Gatwick on the same dates.

The previous brochure showed departures from Heathrow, which at the time was at odds with the information on this website (which quoted flights from Gatwick). When I asked for clarification a few months ago I was told that departures for 2017 would indeed be from Gatwick only. So, can you confirm once again whether flights will be from Heathrow, Gatwick....or both please.

I can confirm that flights will be from Heathrow and Gatwick.

My new book has STILL not arrived,  frustrated would be traveller!

You should have received the new brochure with the 2017 tour dates on them but it seems as if you've ticked the 'Do Not Mail' option at some point which is why you haven't received a brochure yet.

I have ordered one for you already but you will need to notify us if you want us to un-tick the 'Do Not Mail' option because we cannot send you brochures without your authorization.

There are multiple reasons as to why a lot of travellers don't receive brochures from us.

Usually when you order a brochure online there is the Data Protection Box that you might have ticked that means we shouldn't send you a brochure.

If you call us to order a brochure, we will send you one but you would have to request to receive all the new brochures when they come out.

When a postal mailing gets returned to us, the person usually get taken off the mailing list.

Also when travellers use the coupons from magazines- they might tick the data protection box which automatically opts them out from receiving brochures.
