Hello, I'm booked on the Breathtaking New Zealand tour, departing from Heathrow on 28 Feb 2026.  What is the baggage allowance (it's not mentioned in my booking details) and when can I reserve my seats?  Also, can you confirm whether I need to worry about my hold luggage at the changeover in Singapore?  Thank you.

The baggage allowance for all our holidays is one piece of luggage with max dimensions of 76x58x25cm, and max weight of 20kg. Hold luggage will go straight through with the same airline, and seats can be booked once you have your Passenger Reference which should be available soon for your trip - please note some airlines will charge for reserving seats.
