I'm booked on this trip and wondering if anyone else has booked any of the additional excursions or has previously been on them?  Are they worth doing.

same trip but probably oct 25. I know that people write reviews when thay are either delighted or very angry...but I see some dodgy reviews about the guides and food...what have you found out in your research?
