I would like to change my user name to my real name?  Tried to do this via 'edit' but am unable to do so.  How can I change it please?

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately it is not possible at this time to change usernames once they are setup and generally we would always recommend using non identifiable info in your username.

The only other option, should you still wish to set up an account, would be to register a new account, but this would need to be under a different email address to the one you currently use.
