Disappointed that I still haven't received my new brochure. I requested it last week and again on Monday. Was told it would be sent .

I can send a brochure to Scotland and it will arrive next day. I thought that if you sent my brochure Monday I would have received it by today (Friday), if sent first class post which I would have expected after spending £10,000 with you on my last three hiolidays.

The brochure was only launched this week so it will be with you shortly I'm sure. Due to the amount of brochures we send out (I.e. Tens of thousands) we can't send them out using standard Royal Mail - we use a mailing firm who specialise in bulk mailings. As a result there is inevitably some staggering of the days that they arrive, but they will get there shortly.

Was looking forward to the Sri lanka holiday but very disappointed with the dates on offer.(I can only go February/March) .It's going to be another company for me next year.

To anyone who has not received the brochure yet, as Will mentioned, our brochure is sent out by a mailing house that specialize in bulk mailings so this will take a couple of days to reach everyone. Mine has come. 😛 Thank you JY I needed something to cheer me up. I lost my poor Bosuncat last week very suddenly 😞 and things have been very sad here.

And what has happened to France? Apart from a short holiday to Albi - which goes from Heathrow,whereas I live very close to Gatwick- there is nothing.I'd love to see a Rhone river cruise offered.

So nothing is jumping out at so far after 8 JY holidays.
