This entire brochure release seems to be a real customer relations fiasco - something that, I’m sorry to say, one can guarantee JY to do every now and then. Just when you think everything is running smoothly, someone decides to split the European and Worldwide destinations and then make a total dogs dinner out of the brochure release!
I do feel sorry for Vickie having to deal with all of these complaints. I myself haven’t received the European brochure, but unless there’s something new in it I can look online for 2019-20 dates. That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t have liked one though, so I just don’t understand why JY have decided to ‘fix’ something that wasn’t broken in the first place!
I’d also concur with Gill’s remark about receiving brochures from JY competitors, which have arrived in an extremely timely manner.
