Hi

Sorry not really sure which section to put this under.

I've been looking at the San Marino trip on the 24th Sept but can't make up my mind, It just feels 900+ pounds for a only a 4 night trip without an evening meal seems a lot of money.

So to my questions;

Are there organised group evenings (meals) out on nights 2 & 3 or are single travellers left to their own devices?

What is the transfer time from Bologna to the Hotel?

What is the current numbers on this trip and age group range, including gender mix and who is the rep?

And can any travellers please share their experiences regarding this specific trip or is anyone on here currently booked on this trip?

Thank You Kev

Hi Kev,

This is the right section 🙂

On days two and three there are not organised evening meals, to give you an opportunity to explore the local area and discover places to eat. Your Tour Manager will be more than happy to give you ideas on where's best to go 🙂

There are organised meals on days 1 and 4 of the trip.

Highlights of the trip include:

•Guided walking tour of San Marino

•Visit the Adriatic resort of Pesaro, birthplace of the composer Rossini

•Explore the medieval city of Urbino & the Palazzo Ducale

•Discover the historic centre of Bologna with its enticing market & gourmet shops

The transfer time is around 1 hour, 40 minutes from Bologna to the hotel.

There are currently 11 people booked on the trip, 1 man and 10 women. Their ages range from mid 50s to late 70s.

If there's any more information I can give you about the trip, please to let me know.

Thanks,

Vickie

Hi Kev,  I have been on this holiday and had a great time.  If you go to the ‘reviews’ section of the forum and scroll to the bottom of the page you will find a ‘search’ box.  Type in ‘San Marino’ and you will find my review.   Our Tour Manager arranged evening meals every evening and escorted us.  There is a lift down to a local market on the Friday which is v interesting.  I skipped one of the included trips and took the bus to Rimini which involved a long walk to the sea front but absolutely worth it. Go and enjoy,  I thought it was worth the cost
