I paid my final balance yesterday over the phone and was told that I will receive an email confirmation, but have not received anything yet.  Usually I get the confirmation email straight away.  Also, on the booking invoice there is no mention of which Terminal the flight is landing at on our return.  It only says that we are flying out from Terminal 4.  The customer services advisor who took my payment said that the return flight can land anywhere depending on the weather!  Of course, I understand that this can happen, but usually you do know in advance which terminal the flight is scheduled to arrive.  I need this information as I want to book the coach and not wait till the final documents arrive 2 weeks before departure.

As you haven't received anything, our team are reissuing your confirmation. Please let me know if you still haven't received this.

You are due to arrive back into Heathrow at T4 as well as depart, as always (although I know you are aware), I have to stress that all flight information is provisional and would be confirmed in your final documents.

Thank you for your reply. I can confirm that I received the confirmation a few minutes ago. Getting excited now that I have paid the final balance. I am presuming the trip is now fully booked and, if so, how many are going and what is the male / female ratio?

Hi Jaya,

This is fully booked with 17 of you venturing off to Kenya. The group is made up of 2 men and 15 women with ages from early 30s through to early-80s.
