Is there any change to the booking policy so that non -UK customers can make a booking? I had heard of a possibility of an agency being agreed with an Irish travel company last January but haven't seen anything on the website yet... it would be far easier for me to be able to make a booking for myself instead of having to use my sister's UK address and credit/debit .

Any information would be much appreciated

Good Afternoon Una,

Due to the takeover by G adventures, all is being looked at. At this present time there is no change – we will advise as soon as we can when things change.

Kindest Regards,

Mildred.

Hi Una,

Glen Thomas in Overseas/Group sales has told me we can continue to book directly with JY until the new agency agreement is put in place - and if we have any difficulties, to refer the advisor to him.  I booked a holiday with JY directly a couple of months ago (as you know I'm also in Ireland) and had no difficulties.

Best wishes,

Bob
