Please could you help, I have a holiday booked to Iceland A365453 on 30th October to Iceland, originally no flights from Manchester so had to go via Heathrow.  Now I have been told I can go direct to Iceland but come back via Heathrow.   I have only been told I will be refunded £40.00 two weeks ago, which hasn't happened.  Surely that's not enough and how can you do one way and not the other.

Hi Karen,

This holiday was not advertised as a direct flight and as per the brochure connecting flights were offered from Manchester. The change in flights was due to flight schedule changes with both British Airways and Iceland Air. We offered a direct flight out with a one way connecting flight back from London Heathrow.

I have also received confirmation that £40 has been refunded back to your card.
