I booked the excusions package for my upcoming river cruise  a week ago. I was promised an email confirmation, but am still waiting. Yet another instance of  problems with  the new JY system.  Could you please arrange for  confirmation to be  to be sent to me.  I have had more problems with this booking than all of my previous nine put together

Can I ask if you have checked in the 'Junk' folder of your emails as it may have slipped through the net and hiding in there. If you can't find it, please let me know and I will organise for it to be sent to you again.

Thank you. I have just read on another thread about difficulties in receiving  final  documents. I hope this will be resolved  by the time my cruise documents  are due.   Are the flights for  the departure on 30 June finalised yet?

We have changed our documentation process so the majority are received via email, unless otherwise stated. As you have spotted on another thread, we have had some teething problems but we are working hard to make it hassle free for each and every one of you.

Your flight information will be confirmed in your final documents, unfortunately until then I cannot guarantee your flight details.

I'm not happy that flight details will be so late. The flights have already been changed once. I need to make arrangements for travel to a Heathrow.  Also, I have upgraded to business so assume I will have an individual PNR and will be able to check in on-line and also preselect my seat as I have done previously. Could you arrange for someone to email my PNR please.

My updated invoice has finally  arrived by email.  Thank you for sorting this.  I hope I won't  have  as much trouble getting  the  final information.

Hi SarahS,

We have always confirmed flight information in your final documents, which arrive approximately 2 weeks before departure. As you are (provisionally) flying with British Airways who confirm their flights 2 weeks before departure, unfortunately this is something that we can't change. Your provisional flight times are as follows:

You will depart from Heathrow Airport at 1250 and arrive in Budapest Airport at 1620. On your return journey, you will depart Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport at 1810 and arrive back at in Heathrow Airport at 1855.
