Are you thinking 2015 or 2016:

For 2015 we have departures on the 15th & 29th September, flights from Manchester are available on each date.

For 2016 we have departures as per the Best of the Best small brochure on the 13th & 27th September, again, flights from Manchester are available on each date.

Yes sorry I did get mixed up with the 2016 dates. On line there is no mention of the 15th September 2015 going direct from Manchester only the 29th? Could you please check for me as I would like to book.

We do have a departure from Manchester on the 15th, but it is fully booked I'm afraid.
