There are currently 6 travellers booked on the 13th April, and 13 travellers booked on the 11 May departure.

Its a bit early for them to be reviewed so neither have been given the green light yet.

A month ago I posted a request on the review forum for reviews of the September Route66 trip. To date, there have been 263 views of my post but still no review. And there has been an October tour since then. So 263 browsers have been disappointed. As you have the email addresses of this year's route66ers, do you think you could prompt some of them to write something? 264 people would be very grateful!

I understand that you are disappointed that no-one has yet posted a recent review here on the community. Sadly not all of our travellers use the forum.

When customers return from our holiday they are sent a customer questionnaire in the post with a letter mentioning the Just You community and encouraging them to share their experiences. The results from these questionnaires are used to continually review the tours. In addition to this, travellers are sent an email via Feefo, an independent review company, and asked to rate the service and holiday and if they'd like, leave a review. We are looking at ways to make these reviews more accessible to our travellers for each of our tours.

As you are interested in Route 66 I've pulled off a couple of the comments that you will be able to find:

From the last 2 departures (where the product rating on feefo for Route 66 is 100%):

"Really enjoyed my holiday, so much to see in just 14 days. Local Tour guides that we met a long the way were great at giving information while on the coach but there are odd times when you can be told too much when off the coach instead of having a little more time to explore ourselves".

"Very hectic and great trip. Fellow travellers lovely! Was looked after well by Tour Manager but felt he could have imparted a bit more information about the countryside and towns we passed through instead of letting us sit in silence for long distances on the coach. Hotels good. Was worth every penny and would recommend this trip."

"What a brill holiday. Our local guide Jim Conkle knows everything there is to know and all his recommendations were spot on. His driver Bob Wand was excellent and patient. A great team."

How great that the product rating is 100%!!

Me again. Trying to plan 2015 with my other half and coordinate our different activities, so wondering when the final decision is made as to the viability of the tours, and what the minimum number is for Route 66.

The team make a decision no later than 12 weeks before departure, so for the April departure we'll know mid-January if not sooner.

The April date, ideally would have a few more travellers on it, but the May date is looking healthy and the team are feeling positive about this one.
