Just noticed this holiday and it fits two things i want to do, Florence is on the Cities on my bucket list and have been threatening to do a walking holiday for awhile now.

This is one that is on my radar - I think it looks like a great trip.

At the moment it is early days so numbers are low on these dates with 1 booked for April and 2 for May.

It certainly does look a great trip and i'm just working out i can shoe horn it in among my other plans for 2015, definately something i want to do.

90% decided I'm going to give this holiday a go, date just depends on which other holiday i choose.

Decided to go for this holiday and have opted for 21st April, so that should be 5 travellers now.

Had issues trying to book online with the new website so ended up having to phone.

As it's a new tour, we don't have any history to guide us, not only on the numbers but the habits of buying the tour. For example we know that on some tours, travellers leave it to the last minute so even if the numbers are below required we won't cancel the tour knowing that we're likely to make the numbers up.

Over the next couple of weeks the team will be reviewing this tour and looking at rates to run the tour on low numbers. If you give me a nudge I'll give you an update - I appreciate you want a yes or no sooner rather than later so that you can get all of the other elements of your holiday confirmed.

Hi Mick just looked up the hotel JY use on your Walking in Tuscany trip as I was very interested in the tour but perhaps it would be a very good idea if you eat lots before you go or check out the local restaurants!!

It is definitely my type of holiday and would be interested but not sure I fancy eating out every night!!!

Know what you mean about eating out every night, shouldn't have to when paid for half board. Happy to eat out a couple of times in fact like to sample a couple of different places just for a change.

Been reading the reviews and some do the food is terrible but others say different so will have to take my chances.

Just hope JY have done their homework and the reviews prove unfounded (as can happen with tripadvisor).

So if you fancy the holiday go for it, be good to meet you again, long time since Cilento.:thumbup:

So there are now 9 travellers booked on this trip and the team are currently talking to all of our suppliers to negotiate operating this tour on low numbers. As it's a new tour we'd love to operate as many dates as possible so we are doing what we can to get this away. We should know later this week.
