Just forward planning (for next year would you believe) and looking at Lisbon. Sounds good but am disappointed that, being so close to Lisbon, there is no opportunity to enjoy Lisbon at night with Fado music. Would that be a possibility for a future excursion. I am sure other travellers would enjoy the music and atmosphere.

Hi Gina,

Don't forget that the brochure/website give a broad outline of the itinerary - most JY hols I've done have also offered some extra mini excursions when in resort, so it might be possible to do this even if it's not mentioned in the itinerary. You could also ask the tour manager if s/he could organise such an outing for you or a larger group who might be interested; or failing that, or at least find out info for you to go yourself.
