I haven't seen the final line-up yet but the new brochure will be out in mid September so you'll be able to see then.

There was a petition on the Community for Route 66 to be added, and I think there is a good chance that this will be one of the new holidays available.

I live in Ireland too and I have got around the postcode thing by putting five zeros (00000) on the postcode box. You could try that, it has always worked for me and has gone through.
