Don't worry, they aren't real people - they are just 'spam', much like you will see in your email inbox.
One of the reasons messages have to be approved before they appear on the Community is that it allows us to delete any messages from these spam accounts, which are usually trying to advertise things like watches or medicines!
We are weeding out these accounts when we can but rest assured, they aren't doing any harm.
