A bit premature I know but I am thinking about New Year in Edinburgh 2020.  I live in Bristol and would fly up to Edinburgh but it seems very difficult to get from the airport to the Crown Plaza Hotel?  How do other people manage?

You can get the tram from Edinburgh Airport to York Place in the city centre and from there it is just under a 10 minute walk to the Crown Plaza Hotel.  The tram stop is right at the airport and they run about every 7 or 8 minutes.  It takes about 30 minutes to get from the airport to the city centre.
