Hi, i have booked my first holiday with JY, going to Mijas in April. However, on reading reviews of the hotel, i am really worried. Has anyone been to this hotel before? And is the food really as bad as the reviews say it is?

Hi Epb. I did this JY holiday Christmas 2014 and it was a great holiday. However I have to say that I found the food at the hotel disappointing but everyone is different in their tastes and expectations. Hope you have a great time - don't miss the Chocolate Factory in Mijas

Hi Jonah. Good to hear the holiday wss good. Shame about the food. I'm not hard to please, but do think that as the holiday cost is quite high, given the high supplement for flying from B'ham, you should be able to expect a good standard of accomodation and food. Both seem to be disapointing at the Mijas Hotel.
