I lost my girlfriend five years ago and my Dad last year.

I am shy but have decided to do this and booking to go to Lake Garda next May,

Grateful for any comments on what these holidays are like and especially anyone who has been on the Lake Garda trip.

There really is nothing to worry about you will have a great time I am sure. I have not done the Lake Garda tour but it is very popular I understand, so I am sure you will get some feed back regarding it.

I have done 7 tours with another booked for 2012. They have all been good for a variety of different reasons, but along the way I have encountered a great bunch of people from all ages and all walks of life. You will be fine.

I have not long returned from my first holiday with Just You. I was apprehensive about going on holiday on my own, but I am glad I booked with Just You. I had a great holiday and met some really nice people on the trip. Everybody was really friendly and quite a few of them were on their first trip. I will definitely be travelling with Just You again. I have just returned from the Heart of Alpine Europe trip, and the Lake Garda holiday is one of the holidays I would like to do. I am thinking about going on one of the American tours next year.

I found that everybody got on really well, and there was always lots of chatting going on. I made a few new friends who I will be keeping in touch with and I would say that the holiday definitely boosted my confidence. Elaine :thumbup:

You should try one of the discovery weekends, it a good way of getting to know other people and to meet people.

Try it you wont be disappointed, I have just booked to go in January to Buxton.
