I have booked this holiday for the 19th May, like you I have been a widow for two years and this will be my first holiday abroad on my own. I went to New Year bash with JY to Cheltenham and had a great time and met a lot of nice people so go on take the plunge you won't regret it.

I am going on this trip on 1 September. Nice to have made contact with at least one person who is going to be on this trip. This will be my second Just You holiday. My first one was to Jordan last September and despite being a bit anxious and nervous to begin with, I had a great time. Everyone was friendly. Look forward to meeting you.

I would not hold your breath! Last year despite posting a few messages, only one person got in touch a couple of weeks before the departure. I do not think everyone who books use the message board. But I do know that we all will have a good time and lots of fun. I personally cannot wait!

I am doing this trip on 1 September and it would be nice if you could give let me know what you thought of Andalucia and give some tips. Have a wonderful holiday

Will certainly let you know how it went. Starting to really look forward to it now and itching to buy some new summer clothes. The airport changed from Gatwick to Heatherow which I was a bit nervous about as I have never flown from there but everyone I know has said it is much better and easier to get to.

Heathrow is easier to negotiate, but I was looking forward to flying from Gatwick as the flight was not so early in the morning and I can take a train all the way from Luton to Gatwick. Will have to figure out how to get to the airport for the early flight. I was thinking of staying the night at a hotel nearer the airport, but I think it will be easier to get a cab all the way to the airport. The cost, hopefully, will not be more than what it would have cost me to travel to Heathrow and stay the night. I can't wait for some warm weather - it certainly has been a very long hard winter!

My flight times changed from mid morning to late afternoon on the way out, which if they stay the same will be great as I will not have to stay overnight. You never know your flight times may change nearer the time.

I am travelling from Stanstead 2nd June for Andalucia. Is anybody else? I havent been on a just you holiday yet but I am also going to Halkidiki on 13th May going from Gatwick. It would be nice to speak to somebody going on either trip
