Hi, new to Just You although have been on quite a few solos holidays with other companies, tried to phone JY but gave up!!  Just wondered if the travel director will be at Heathrow next week (20th May 25) and if so are we expected to check in with them before sorting out our luggage with BA or are they waiting in Italy for us to arrive?
