Hi. I need a gluten free diet and have read contrasting views for Costa de la Luz.  Has anyone got personal experience of the hotel and gluten free diets?  Many thanks in advance.

Hi there.  I'm going back after 4 years on 2nd October.  I'm not gluten free, just diabetic, diet controlled, but I am sure that if you have booked, and have your diet restriction down on special instructions that the hotel and obviously the Tour Manager, will be noting this.  I found the buffet to be pretty wide ranging to be honest.
