I note that all Canada holidays have the “Make Your Own Way” option except for Canada East to West. 

If this correct?  If not available for this particular holiday are you able to advise why please?

Yes that's correct. Because our Canada East to West tour has some internal flights, we're not able to offer Make Your Own Way at the moment, but we're hoping in the future to be able to offer it on all tours.

What is the max group number on this trip please for all 2019 dates please

I have booked this trip for next June, having spoken to Just You I was able to extend my holiday and fly home a week later than the rest of the group.

The max group number for all dates in 2019 is 25, however sometimes if a particular date is more popular we may add places, so I can't guarantee this for a certain trip.

Thanks very much indeed for advising myself (and Vickie in the process) that you had been able to extend your stay. I need to look at dates, availability and costs involved for my proposed extension before I book anything but it’s good to know the option is available to me.

I am still weighing up whether to do this holiday with yourselves or another company where more is included.

Just been looking further at the optional excursions and note that Vancouver Island including Butchart Gardens advises “Please note: To ensure you enjoy and experience your holiday to its fullest, we may need to combine this excursion with customers travelling on another one of our tours”

Can you please explain why there is a need to put 2 groups together to enable us to enjoy this excursion. I would have thought that 2 smaller groups would have been preferable rather than all merging together as one large one.

Thanks for posting. Are you seeking an explanation as to why the 2 groups are merging and how JY feel this is needed for us to enjoy the experience rather than have 2 separate groups?

This only refers to if there are low numbers of people booked on the tour. For example, if only 4 people had booked on, this doesn't give a group tour experience to we may combine it with another tour that has, for example, 10 people booked on.

We wouldn't combine two group sizes of 25 together, which is generally the case.

It's also only the case if we have more than one group in Vancouver on the day, which is unlikely for this tour.
