Good morning Vickie.

I booked 2nd October 2018 departure to Costa de la Luz refA428776 over the telephone on Monday 9th July.  I sent the final balance payment the following day by cheque 1st class post.  I expected to get my confirmation and invoice in the post fairly speedily as usual.  Sadly I have received nothing as of today's date.   :s

I recognise the fact that JY prefer to send everything out in email nowadays but it is important to me to have paperwork sent in the post.  I have sent you an earlier post but I presume it has got lost in the system, or you are waiting for an answer.  I did phone CS on Saturday and got a somewhat vague response (apologies for saying that, but true) that the holiday has been confirmed.  However I have still not received any paperwork.  I would have thought that something like an invoice and confirmation would have been sent 1st class post?

We've received payment and an invoice was sent 2nd class post on July 13. Apologies if it has not been recevied, we've sent another in the post which should arrive in 3-5 working days.

I'm just waiting to hear about about your enquiry about the hotel room.

Hi

I paid my final balance for Cambodia with Vietnam add on (A410889) on 3rd July - but haven't revieved anything via email regarding confirmation or invoice. The first few payments I made online I revieved an email confirming the amount etc pretty much straight away but that last few I haven't revieved anything.

And to let you know Vickie, that both the confirmation and amended invoice have arrived this morning.   ๐Ÿ™‚   This has confirmed that I have a front sea view booked, so I am trusting that I have a balcony.   :)

Thanks for your help.  I will leave you in peace to answer the questions about numbers flying from Birmingham, and named TM when you can.   ๐Ÿ™‚
