Hi, Thanks for that.

I have just received my final documents. It doesn't state whether a rep' will be at the departure, in my case Gatwick, airport in case help is needed. When I booked I was under the impression one would be there.

Sorry, Yes it's the Highlights of Tuscany tour leaving 12/10.

If the hotel doesn't supply tea/coffee making facilities may I take my own. Need my early/morning, late night cuppa.

Yes, you can bring your kettle right into the hotel to use it in the room without any problems.
