Hello,

I am going on holiday to Crete, in September.  Booking reference AXXXXXXX

I have tried to add the holiday on to my page, on your website,  so that I could update my travel insurance and passport information.  I just receive messages back stating that they can find no bookings.

Can you please help

Hello

You have sent me a link to change my password.  This is not what I asked for!!

I can get into my account and I can see that my holiday is there for Chile.  However, my other booking to Crete for September is not.  When I try to add this booking to my holiday list it says that there are no bookings for this holiday.  I know that I have a holiday booked, to Crete, because I paid for it two weeks ago.

Can someone please respond to my message.
