I know it's not even summer but I am turning my mind to Christmas holidays already!  

A friend has mentioned a holiday departing on 23 December to Switzerland with a tour name of "Swiss Christmas Wonderland".  I have not yet received the Christmas brochure and cannot find the trip on the website.  Can you please check that I have been sent the brochure and why it is not appearing on the website?

Hi Monty

I've been sitting tight and still no brochure with the postman this morning.  I'm a bit disappointed and feel that if one was going to arrive, it would have by now.  My friend received hers nearly two weeks ago and we are due to discuss Christmas holidays at the weekend - a bit difficult without a brochure.  Help!!!!
