I've just received my final information pack and its a little confusing. It says when we arrive at Hong Kong we've got to go to a desk and collect an envelope giving us our transfer/city tour information and details of something called DMC Hong Kong? Is there not a Tour Manager with us in Hong Kong?

I have spoken with the Tour Manager team and they have confirmed that there WILL be a Tour Manager with you in Hong Kong. The tour manager provisionally allocated for this trip is Sarah Wrightson, and she is flying out with the group.

I have spoken to our overseas services team and they are reviewing the wording in the documentation for future travellers.
