This question may have been asked before so if so I'm sorry. I'm just curious as to what the notes "This post was last modified by ........." mean, there's been a couple just recently and I have seen them on the odd occasion in the past. I know what modified means, is this used in the same context here?

Absolutely, if the original poster, or one of the moderators has edited a post then that 'This post was last modified by...' will come up.

You'll see it on all posts where one of the moderators have removed personal information of our members such as email addresses and booking reference numbers.

You'll also find it when someone (like me) has posted a thread or reply and, on re-reading it, discovered they've made a typo or some other mistake and want to correct it. The time the correction has been made will also show.
