Welcome to the Just You Community. You aren't the first Just You traveller to feel this way and I hope the following will help calm those nerves a little.

About 10 days before you travel you will receive your final documentation. In this pack you'll find all the final details that relate to your holiday. (When I've taken a Just You holiday, I make sure that I put a copy in my hand luggage to refer to.)

When you arrive at the airport, take a look at one of the departures board for your flight number (this is in your final information) this will tell you which check in desk to head towards. A Just You representative will be around the check in desk and help you through the process.

I would strongly recommend that you put your Just You luggage tags (also in your final information pack) on your checked and hand luggage. This small act not only helps fellow travellers to spot you but also our Airport Representative can see you and approach you to help you through check in.

The Tour Manager for this trip has not yet been allocated so I can't say whether or not they will also meet you at T3 check in or in the USA.

Being new to this site, I really struggled to find out how to reply to your message, so I am hoping this gets to you.

I can't tell you how much your reply has helped me - just to know that the Just You representative will be around the check-in desk has relieved my mind greatly. Once I have met up with them I am sure I'll be O.K.

Being new to this site, I really struggled to find out how to reply to your email, so I really do hope this gets to you.

And as for your explanation of what to expect at the airport - what can I say? It is absolutely wonderful and couldn't be clearer. I can't even begin to tell you how much that has relieved my mind - thank you a million times. I have printed it off and it will definitely go with me!

I really do hope this reply gets to you. If it does, perhaps you could reply with the same step-by-step wonderful explanation as to how to reply to emails, or am I really being too cheeky now?!
