I have received an email from a company called four.bgb who say they work with Just You on publicity, They ask if I would like to talk about my recent holiday for an article in the Mail on Sunday.

Could you let me know whether this is for real or not...?!

I've got the same email and considering whether to reply and was going to ask the same question.

Given all the problems on my recent National Parks trip, it could make interesting reading.

On a similar note have also got a email from "feefo" asking for a review of my recent holiday, Is this also legitimate ?

Feefo is legitimate. It's an independent customer review and feedback system.

I got that too but I was surprised you use them. There is no indication on your web page, and that is what feefo is all about. You have a 95% customer satisfaction rating on your service, you should scream about it.

I must admit to being slightly surprised that JY is giving out personal details of its customers to third parties what with data protection and all that....

Hi Sylvia, we are not passing customer details on to Feefo, we are using the Feefo system to gather customer feedback and reviews - all of which remain completely anonymous.
