I got my final documents for the Hawaii holiday which leaves next monday but there's no mention of any flight between oahu and maui, just wondering why there's no info on that. Also on the list of flights it said it replaces the need for a ticket but if the inter island flight isn't on that list we don't have a ticket for that?

On occasion where a tour includes an internal flight, our overseas agents will book them on our behalf. This is the case with your booking.

Information about these flights will be provided by the Tour Manager when you arrive.

Generally the information needed by the airline can be read on your passport these days, so most times when you go to the airport you don't even need the reference number, all you need to do is present your passport! I am sure that this is all you will need to do for the internal flight.
