Hi olly just want to check something with you. I got a phone call yesterday from JY, saying that they were sending me a visa pack for my trip to Africa on the 8th June. I am to fill out the form and send it back with my passport, is this right. I don't normaly let my passport out of my sight. Also I am worried that I will not get it back in time for the 8th June. Can you advise me on this please, or give me a direct phone number to call to check the call was from JY. I have paid for JY to do my visa for me.

Hello Martcage

I assume you are taking the Magic of Kenya trip. Don't worry - submitting your passport is all part of the procedure for this holiday. If you have a brochure, you will see this is all explained in the back pages (p145, column 1 of the current brochure). If you just follow the instructions in your visa pack, we will return your passport safely in good time before you travel.

Thank you olly.

I was just abit worried about handing over my passport. My mind is at rest now.
