You will be met by a local agent who will board with your group on a coach from Barcelona airport to the resort.

Thanks but I am still unclear about what happens at Gatwick. Your website states: "A representative will greet you at all UK airports". Can you also provide details about the spa facilities and extra charges? Best wishes.

From what our website says, this simply means that you will be met at Gatwick airport where a representative will help you to check in for your flight.

The spa facilities are open to all guests, any treatments will be at an extra cost.
