Good morning

Just wondering who might be going on the Verona Opera Break on 10th July.  I have just booked and cannot wait!

Hello Debs,

I went to Verona when it was optional with Magnificent Lake Garda in June 2011. We saw Aida and it was breathtaking. The only problem is that you need a torch at the end as the steps are very worn and dangerous in the dark. Take a cushion as you sit on stone 🙂

Message to Just You please in view of the announcement today that British Airways are to stage a 2 week strike with effect from 1st July. How will this affect holidays taking place during this time; in particular for myself the Verona Opera Break departing Gatwick on Monday 10th July 2017.

Look forward to hearing from you.

With many thanks

Hi Debbie,

At the moment, I have been advised that holidays are going ahead as planned. BA have issued a statement that they will "fly all our customers to their destinations".

Strikes have been announced before and then they have been called off at the last minute, or there are contingencies in place to ensure that as many flights operate as possible. Our team will of course continue to closely monitor the situation.

Kindest regards,

Julia
