Hi Everyone

I have just discovered Just for you and as my busy period for work is between March and September, so I would have to travel outside of that time frame. I am also not a great traveller so Europe would be as far as I would like to fly at the moment.

I was interested in the Highlights of Tuscany tour and wondered what the weather would be like during October or would it be warmer waiting for April 2015 if I could manage it? And would anyone have any better ideas or advice for a first trip away? I am a young 53 as I keep fit and would hope that there is a wide age range of people that go on the tours? Does anyone know how much time is spent travelling in coaches on a trip like this? I would like to do the optional excursions as I like to see as much as I can as I love taking photographs.

Thanks

Steve

hello Steve

I did the Highlights of Tuscany tour a few years ago I think I went March or May time it was HOT!!..it's a nice tour not to hectic, the other European tours I have been on are Austrian Lakes, really nice they have changed the hotel since I went, also been a Poland and Tatra Mountains tour not sure they do the one I went on, the tour has changed around a but since then.

Many postings on age range I would say you would fit in the younger!! Age range. I am 55 now started using JY in 2006, If you do the Tuscany tour there is a nice village within walking distance to watch the world go by or wood to ride a bike. There is a fair amount of sitting on a coach but the sights where worth it. I am sure I left a review to have a look in that section to see what I or others have said. It's a popular tour. I didn't go on the Elba excursion, others that did enjoyed it. Any other questions just ask.

Hi Steve

Can't remember where I saw this, most likely "Share your travel tips"

http://www.weather2travel.com

is excellent for researching anywhere. I know Tuscany is covered because I have used it.
