Hi, is there anyone who can give me some advice and support please, I'm really undecided as what to do. I have discovered today that my planned holiday "Highlights of Tuscany" 1st May, has been cancelled 😞. This would have been my first trip with JY, and a 50th birthday present to myself; and I don't know whether I can change my leave booked with work.....what a dilemma. So I'm appealing to all you well traveled JY members, as I have to say it has knocked my confidence in the company. Do I try another date, a different destination, or take it as a narrow escape. Any advice would be very helpful.

I have booked for Tuscany on 15th May, This will be my 3rd Holiday Abroad with JY, another booked for later in the Year, I personally would not be put off travelling with JY due to a cancellation,

Hi, i'm really surprised to hear that this holiday date has been cancelled as I thought that this was one of the most popular tours. I did this tour in 2011 in September and was my second holiday with JY, every holiday I've had with this company has been great but the Tuscany one was really special as I made some new friends. I hope you are able to change your leave dates and are still able to get to your chosen destination. You cannot go wrong travelling with JY as you are so well looked after, and you are never on your own, unless of course some of the time you choose to be.

Hi there

This year I will be taking my 10 JY tour ..I have only had one cancelled that was to Australia I could not do the date they offered! please do not be put off by this! see what work has to say about swapping your leave around! or is there another holiday you could do that goes on the dates you require that JY could transfers you to it.

I hope you can get away somewhere on the dates you require, if it's a short haul tour I have been on the Tuscany tour but I have also been on the Austrian lakes tour which was good as well.

I am sure there is a solution to this problem somewhere I hope you can find it.

Thank you to everyone who replied. I have now managed to change my leave with work and have secured a place to Tuscany on the 12th June......phew.:)

Hi Denisej,

I did this Tour of Tuscany last year and had a great time. If Johnathon is still the Tour Manager, that will be an added bonus.

You'll have a great time, see some wonderful places and make new friends.

Hi You will love Tuscany trip went there April 2012 Fabulous, l also just had my date changed for Cilento trip but all is good l go 2wks later instead. l have done 5 other JY Hols all been great. Enjoy

Hi,

This is one of the most popular JY tours i believe. There have been many reviews, all positive. Most cancellations are due to numbers/problems with tour operators, so i wouldnt be put off.
