I haven't been before but am also thinking of going around September time - If the flight company ever get my itinerary correct! I'll be interested to know what is suggested and possibly also accommodation suggestions!

I am considering going to Costa Rica autumn of 2012. Could anybody who has been to Costa Rica give me advice as to best time to go and what you thought of this holiday. Many Thanks.

Hi, I went on this trip last Aug. it was absolutely amazing. it was hot with some rain every day, but it didn't last long. the hotels we stayed in were beautiful, and all the wildlife we saw was fantastic, check out when the turtle watching is included as this was such a special experience. Whenever you go ENJOY!

I'm booked for September 17th, it looks as if it the end of the wet season so I'm packing a light rain jacket. But the rain is supposed to be warm, so I'm not too worried.

From what I've read I'm looking forward to it.
