I've just taken the plunge and booked my first holiday alone having recently found myself single. I've booked Route 66 departing in Oct 12

Welcome to you, What a great choice for a 1st JY tour, I am sure you will have fun and it seems a very popular tour. I am not doing this tour but I have done 3 USA tours well worth the money, they can be a little exhausting but thats part of the fun. I have done 7 tours with NZ booked for 2012.

I'm too booked on Route 66 next October and I'm glad you have decided to take the plunge and book a holiday. This will be my first holiday with JY so we are both in the same boat so to speak. I'm from Manchester and I'm flying down to London the day before and staying in a hotel close to heathrow. I'm not sure how many are booked on this trip but I'm sure Olly will let us know if we ask him.

I am also booked on the Route66 tour in October, and it will be my first JY tour but not my first trip to the USA. if you read through the other Route66 thread for October you will see that a few of us have joined in with the chats.

You will have a great time with Just You. I am not doing this trip, but have just come back from my 3rd Just You holiday and have a 4th one booked for October. I have read great reviews about Route 66 Trip and perhaps I will book it for next year if it is still available. I also fancy a trip to China so it will be a hard decision to make.
