I'm seriously thinking of China ideally in January 2012 (I don't do patience) or maybe February 2012. I know it's going to be cold but I don't mind (although I will spend the whole holiday looking like the Michelin man). Is anyone else going? I'm on the verge of booking for January but I wondered whether anyone else had any views or observations to offer, that I hadn't thought of, especially someone who has already made a winter trip or has booked for this one? Also, does anyone know, do pandas hibernate? The answer to that might help my decision!
