Welcome to the community. I am 72 as well and also going to China with the Yangtze add on. However I am not going until September 2012. I would like to know how you get on please and any special tips that you think that I would find useful.

I'm also booked on the China trip on 19th September next year. I'll be 74 then and wondering if I'm going to keep up although I am quite fit and have done several long haul ones before - but West not East! Please let Peter Jersey and I know how you get on.

I will also be attending this trip as a first timer and expecting to be the youngest one at 31.

Nope I've just beaten you there Tanya, I'm 28! I was the youngest on my last trip by a year, but I had such a great time with everyone. Really excited about China now. See you all soon.

Hi, I am a 1st timer with JY and will be on the Wonders of China trip leaving on 15th November 2011. Sounds like it will be a great trip according to others that have done the same holiday. Not a youngster (72) but will do my best to keep up!!:thumbup:

It seems as though our trip is fully booked with 39 people (I have heard from a few on the boards, but many people don't use the site). I'm counting down the days now til we go. Not long now.

Hi Pat, will reply as soon as I get back with any useful information. From the info supplied by other travellers the only thing to worry about is the toilets!!

It's my 1st trip with just you, I went to Japan a few years back so it will be interesting to see how differant it is. China is always a place i wanted to visit. Heather (Hev)
