Hi every one l have been just joined this forum and have been looking on just you holidays for some time. Trying to pick up the pluck to book my first holiday! I lost my partner of 45 years together. I was thinking of going on the Luxembourg or Bruges trip to start with in June 2011. The pickup point is at Stourbridge west midlands l was wounding if anyone else was thinking of going on the trips. I am Nervous of going alone but at the same time l am looking to get my life back and making new friends and new adventures.

Hi l have just booked my first trip with JY to Luxemburg the end of June after looking for some time on JY , l am the same has you very nerves it’s hard but with a bit of a push it did it, thank you to the reply’s from the forum! I was widowed (for the second time) in 2008. I have been to two of the taster weekends and am really interested in the Treasures of Andalucia holiday. There are several letters praising this trip, but my concern is that I am now in my 70's. I am fit and well but am wondering if I am too old to start Just You holidays. Nanette

I also am going on my own for the first time. Decided to go by bus to Poland in September. Thought I'd be more able to get to know others on a bus. Just take the plunge. Nothing ventured, nothing won.
