Is anyone booked to go to Halkidiki on 23rd September? Would be good to hear from some fellow travellers, or anyone who has been before.

When I was away on the South African Explorer last February, someone on that holiday was saying that he'd been on the Halkidiki holiday & it's a super hotel on a lovely beach - so I hope you have a brilliant time!

I have been told it is a nice holiday but I noticed it is in a different hotel from this year. Maybe that explains why it is also cheaper next year.

I have done a Just You holiday in 2009 to Califoria golden west!!! Fabulous!! I also did a Travelsphere holiday to Memphis and Nashville again Fabulous but our tour manager was absoluteley great .His name was Daniel!! He also does Just You tours! if you get him you will have a fabulous time......everyone loved him

I'm also going to Halkidiki on 16 May - flying down from Edinburgh and then staying overnight at Gatwick on way back as no late night flights back up to Scotland. I did a discovery weekend in November and 2 ladies I met and have become friends with are also going - sounds like it's going to be a good holiday and look forward to meeting new people. This is my first abroad break with JY - my 2nd one is doing Canada and Alaska in Sept.

I have just been on the phone about this trip and they tell me its the 26th of September so a bit confused anyway I am almost at the decision time .they tell me there are 22 people booked on the trip already mixed age group .so sounds good to me Dawn :thumbup:

Hello Dawn, I have booked Halkidiki for the 12th Sept and, like you, it will be my first solo trip. I'm a bit nervous too but really looking forward to the experience. I am staying at Gatwick overnight prior to departure. If you are going on the 23rd there will be time when I get back, if you so wish, for me to share my experience of the holiday before you leave?
