Hi Vickie,

I have just downloaded this and think I may have an incomplete download.  I have 149 pages, but the index on Page 4 refers to more than 200.  Also many of the holiday pages in the index to do not tally with the actual page.  For example Calabria is listed being on Page 50.  That page has Malta and Gozo.  May have to be patient and wait for the printed version!

Any ideas on what may have happened please?

I to got 149 pages, on my iPad ...but it starts with introduction and ends with back cover somlerhaps it is all there...

It is 149 pages on the iPad. It looks like some pages are double pages so I think it is all there.
