Thanks Mildred and Bob for your information. I am staying over night of the 15th-16th in the hotel at T5 so that there won`t be any hic-ups with me traveling to Heathrow on the morning. I am excited about this holiday and can`t wait for the 16th.

Hi Steve, don't worry, I'm sure everything will run smoothly.  Try to get to the airport three hours before your flight and when you find the check-in area, keep a look out for the JY airport rep and your tour manager - they will be able to help you in the unlikely event that you have any difficulties.  I did this tour in Feb 2013 and had a wonderful time and I'm sure you will too!

You should receive your final information about 2 weeks before your departure date.

In regards to your boarding pass for the flight, I have been told that you will have to pick it up when you check in at the airport.

I am booked on the Vietnam trip in Feb 2017 and I am advising you that I have not received any Final Information to date, does this information include my boarding pass for the flight or do I pick them up at the airport? This is the first time I have done a long haul and travelled with a group holiday so not sure how things work
